Yes, absolutely! The activities available for completion to earn Royalty Points are found by signing into your account and choosing from two easy options:
1. Select 'The Phoenix Club' option in your account menu and choose the Ways to Earn tab from the pop-up
2. Select The Phoenix Club page from the main menu of the site and scroll down to the Earn Royalty Points section
There are two easy options to view the current status of your Royalty Points balance and activities undertaken, by first signing into your account:
1. Select 'The Phoenix Club' option in your account menu to view the status in the pop-up
2. Select The Phoenix Club page from the main menu of the site to view the status
You can view all the great rewards we currently offer by choosing from two easy options:
1. Select 'The Phoenix Club' option in your account menu and choose the Ways to redeem tab from the pop-up
2. Select The Phoenix Club page from the main menu of the site and scroll down to the Redeem Royalty Points section
You can redeem your reward by clicking on the Redeem button which will become visible when you have collected enough Royalty Points to earn that reward. Please copy the code for when you arrive at checkout or click the Apply code link to automatically apply the reward to checkout, where it will wait patiently as you continue to shop.
Your earned rewards which have been redeemed on a previous visit but not yet used will be visible in the Rewards section of both the pop-up in the account menu and The Phoenix Club page from the main menu of the site once you sign in.
Simply navigate to the Rewards section and click on the previously redeemed reward. Click the Apply code button to automatically apply the reward to checkout in readiness for using with your order.
Please contact us and we will remove the reward you have accidentally redeemed, therefore restoring your Royalty Points balance to its previous state.
Never! Yes, that's right, we do not believe in pressuring our valued customers to use their rewards until they are ready to do so. This also enables you to save for a higher reward as and when it suits you.
Currently, you may only apply one redeemed reward to the same order at checkout.
There are currently no set limitations as to how many Royalty Points you may earn.
Sign into your account and select 'The Phoenix Club' from the side menu bar. You can find your unique link in the pop-up under the Refer friends and earn section. Copy this code and send to your friends using a variety of methods such as email and social accounts.
Yes, you will receive a notification by email once your friend has used the referral link to make a qualifying purchase (be sure to check your spam folder). Your reward will be made available to you in the Rewards section of your Phoenix Club account, ready to apply against the purchase of a product of your choosing. However, please note that any subsequent returns or cancellations made by your friend on their qualifying order will invalidate your reward and any Royalty Points awarded.
Once the referred friend has successfully completed a purchase without any subsequent returns or cancellations, your £10 Credit will be made available to you in your Phoenix Club account. Please apply the code at checkout against your purchase in order to redeem this.
We do not impose any time limits on using your rewards as part of our exclusive club. Your £10 Credit will remain visible until used, in the Rewards section of both the pop-up in the account menu and The Phoenix Club page from the main menu of the site (please ensure you are signed into your account).
This will be due to an order that has been cancelled or returned by either yourself or a friend that you have previously referred.
The Royalty Points for referring a friend will be credited to your balance once your friend completes an order without any subsequent cancellations or returns. You will be notified by email once the Royalty Points for this activity are earned successfully (be sure to check your spam folder).
Any pending Royalty Points will be removed from your account if your friend cancels or returns their order.
Click the link sent to you by your friend which will bring you to our welcome area inviting you to Create an account to claim your credit (please note that this action will also automatically enrol you into The Phoenix Club). Once your account is created:
1. Select 'The Phoenix Club' from the account menu and click on the Claim your gift button from the pop-up
2. Copy the code for when you arrive at checkout or click the Apply code link to automatically apply the reward to checkout, ready for use
3. Select 'Referred Friend - Welcome!' from the account menu to view the qualifying collections which are eligible for the £25 Credit
Please ensure you create an account only via the link sent to you by your friend and within the landing pop-up inviting you to create the account, as this triggers the £25 Credit being added to your account. In the event that you have created an account via any other method, the £25 Credit will not be available to you and you will need to contact us.
In a rush and wish to browse our tempting collections later at a more leisurely pace? Your reward will still be visible to you in the Rewards section of both the pop-up in the account menu and The Phoenix Club page from the main menu of the website, if you are still signed in. If you did not previously create an account, please ensure you follow the link sent to you by your friend to create your account initially, as this contains your unique code to benefit from this reward.
Currently, you may apply your £25 Credit to any of our full head sets across our Phoenix Crown Royal and Phoenix Crown Diamond ranges. You may also visit the initial welcome area by selecting 'Referred Friend - Welcome!' from the account menu, to view the qualifying collections.
