THE PHOENIX CROWN CLUB

Once you have created an account with us, you will be automatically enrolled into our exclusive rewards club.

The activities available to earn Royalty Points are found by signing into your account and selecting 'The Phoenix Club' option in your account menu. Choose the Ways to Earn tab from the pop-up.

Any activities without an action icon are credited automatically to your account such as signing-up and placing an order.

Please note that Royalty Points for placing a review are credited to your account only if you place a verified review via an email link we send, inviting you to leave a review a few days after you place an order with us.

You can view all the great rewards we currently offer by signing into your account and selecting 'The Phoenix Club' option in your account menu. From here, choose the Ways to redeem tab from the pop-up.

You can redeem any reward by clicking on the Redeem button which will only become visible when you have collected enough Royalty Points to earn that reward. Please copy the discount code for when you arrive at checkout or click the Apply code link to automatically apply the reward to checkout.

Your earned rewards which have been redeemed on a previous visit but not yet used will be visible in the Rewards section of the pop-up in the account menu when you sign in.

Simply navigate to the Rewards section and click on the previously redeemed reward to pick up your discount code to apply at checkout.

Please contact us and we will remove the reward you have accidentally redeemed, provided you have not used it to place an order.

Currently, we do not place a time limit on when you must use your Royalty Points balance. This enables you to save for a higher reward as and when it suits you.

Currently, you may only apply one redeemed reward to the same order at checkout. Please note that although multiple discount codes are not permitted, you may still apply a gift card code in addition to a discount code.

This will be due to an order that has been cancelled or returned by you.

Sign into your account and select 'The Phoenix Club' option in your account menu. You can find your unique link in the pop-up under the Refer friends and earn section. Copy this code and send to your friends using a variety of methods such as email and social accounts.
